1. Christmas Decor Made Easy-Simply Use Wired Green Stems

This is what makes this work in 10 minutes or less. By choosing wired stems it is completely customizable to your banister. Simply bend the wired stems to the correct length. And don't worry about making a mistake-you can always straighten it and try again until you've got the length and coverage you need. I used one wired stem on each side, and then the third I placed over the top to cover the wired ends. 

For ribbon, I used 1.5 inch velvet ribbon. I didn't use wired edge ribbon because I wanted a more loose, droopy bow. But wired ribbon would work perfectly too, and you would have more control over the shape of your bow. I've never been able to tie a beautiful bow so I've given up and just accepted my droopy bows lol! 

3. Christmas Ornaments

Choosing your ornaments is completely subjective. I was wanting more of a natural theme, so I chose to coordinate my ornaments to my ribbon for a neutral, organic affect. But any color theme or style would work just as well.
